He is a normal human. He can't really control magic but he's quite a nice illusionist, but really, he (probably) has no abilities.

Vincent doesn't really know from where he comes from. He has been living in N'O for too long, probably all his life. Anything before he was found (around the age of 5), is a mystery.

In this world every person must fight to survive. Even just to get your daily vegetables! It’s kill or be killed when even the carrots run in wild packs! Farmers don’t use tools like sickles or pickers to harvest, they use guns. If you want to eat, you have to kill something first. That is the way of it. Guns are an every day part of life on Trace. People place great importance on the manufacturing and passing of firearms. Each family has at least one firearm that passes from generation to generation.
There are very few towns or cities on Trace, but each one is inhabited by one ‘Noble’ family who rules over the other people in the town. The larger the town the more people answer to that family. If one town dwarfs another the ruling family of the smaller town must answer to the larger town. The theory being that the larger towns must protect the smaller towns, so population numbers are very important, as well as reproducing. The Feofans are the nobles of the Capital, and serve only the Empress as the capital is three times larger than any other town/city on Trace. Each Empress is chosen by Trace and given a vein of the world’s life force. Should the Empress die before another Empress is chosen the world would become ill and die if no other were selected. As well, if the world begins to die, so too does the Empress. With this connection the Empress is able to communicate the desires and needs of the world and keep up to date with all affairs of it’s people.


Story:
Not even he is sure how he came to N'O. He knows he isn't from this world but he has lived all his life here. He was found when he was just a toddler and raised by an old woman. She taught him the basic of making candies so he could help around the Sweet Shop. Sadly the old lady died when Vincent was around 14, and he has being living on his own since then. He has now given some of the candies and chocolates a twist, creating some fun side effects. He still lives on top of the store by his own.
He has no idea from where he comes from, family or world. Though if you ask him, he'll say he's fine with it, since he didn't have a bad childhood, and doesn't miss the family he never met. But he's still unconsciously looking for some answers, and might get a bit obsessive with something if he believes it might help him discover his past.
You may usually find him sitting on an armchair inside the store, he believes its from the old lady's husband, reading the news or some random book or maybe doing some magic trick. He doesn't go out really often so he doesn't really know many people. His excuses is that he has to take care of the shop and is usually busy making candies and chocolates and trying new side effects. He's not shy though, and has fun talking with the people that come to his shop. So even though he looks a bit intimidating, don't be afraid to talk to him!

Personality: Provide at least 3 good traits and 3 bad traits and explain them

- Charming: Maybe because of his looks or personality, he tends to be liked.
- Fun: He uses his "magic" mostly to entertain.
- Organized: Maybe too much. But at least this makes the store really pretty!

- Loner: He's fine spending a month alone (even if that doesn't happen because many people come to his store each day). He doesn't really miss company and is used to silence.
- Forgetful: He tends to forget things like where he placed the store keys or what effect did certain candy have. Being organized helps him with things like keys, because he always puts them on the same place. But this doesn't help him with the side effects, so if he gives you a cande, be careful to see if he remembers what it does!
- Peevish: Its actually hard to make him mad, but one he is, he's quite scary. Just don't try it.

Abilities/weapon:
He's main ability is to trick people's mind, but has no real magic behind it. So don't be scared if he takes a bunny out of his shoe! :'D (since he doesn't have a hat.... //brickd )
He also makes candies with some weird side effects like aphrodisiacs, genderbenders, some that make you say exactly the opposite of what you are thinking and so on...

Rp Prompt:

You have finally worked hard enough to
gain ONE SINGLE VACATION DAY. It would be a year till your next one so
you should probably use this day wisely. The world is your oyster. What
does your character do?

For Vince vacation days do not exist. So he just stays in his Sweet Shop cleaning here and there and waiting for a client as the day passes. (Usually holydays are the days he has more clients so it'll probably be a really busy one!). He sits on his armchair and reads the news papers. Stands up, gets a lollypop and sits down again. Looks out of the window and sees that no one seems to buy candies today. Stands up and goes to his lab to create some other candy with some weird side effect. Fails and comes back to the shop (which is just downstairs form his lab/home). Walks around and reorganize the candies by color, because it makes them look prettier. Sits down again dozing off. Falls asleep. It seems he forgot to put the "open" sign again.
